Building and sustaining a vibrant, equitable, and interconnected university community requires that we tell a different and transformative story. We must create new narratives, identify new patterns, and enact practices that centre mutuality, reciprocity, and responsibility. We must transform the work of EDI. The EDI Plan Steering Committee is pleased to release the Draft Plan for consultation with the U of A community. The members request feedback on the multi-dimensional model that has been developed and the actions imagined, gathering from the extensive input received since November 2023.
